Merlijn van Essen joins the BritAS Team

We are delighted to welcome Merlijn van Essen as a new member of our team. Born in the Netherlands and raised in France, he brings over 13 years of experience in mechanical engineering to the table – eight of which were spent focusing specifically on plastics recycling. Most recently, he was responsible for sales and marketing in the in-house segment at PureLoop GesmbH, a company of the EREMA Group, where he covered the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Merlijn lives with his wife and dog in Salzburg. In his free time, he enjoys kitesurfing and diving.
We are particularly pleased that Merlijn was on site at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf for the first time to meet our customers in person – and that we were able to recruit him for our team.
