BritAS – latest product ABMF 1600: 50% more filter surface for the automated belt melt filter

BritAS Recycling-Anlagen GmbH is presenting its latest highlight: The Automated Belt Melt Filter ABMF 1600 – with an increased filter surface by 50%! Thus, the melt filter optimally corresponds to the current market requirements.

„With the ABMF 1600, we are completing our range of products. This extension of our established and proven ABMF series was a necessary step for more throughput and improved filtration. ABMF 1600 as of now available – increased output
An increased filter surface does not only improve the total output but supports our customers for example in case of extremely increasing degree of contamination of their plastic waste, for instance by paper contamination. As of now, the BritAS innovation is available in the combinations ABMF-1600-12/15/19.

Established and proven technology – optimized inner workings
The ABMF series has proven itself for decades, the technology of the new big ABMF corresponds to the ABMF 1050. For an improved melt flow, the inner workings of the ABMF 1600 were optimized.

Increased motor capacity for belt take-off & belt magazine
Furthermore, new at the ABMF is the increased motor capacity of the belt take- off and belt magazine.

BritAS filters are used in the post-consumer sector and for agricultural film waste but also for post-industrial waste and by compounding companies.
